High-Efficiency 1000W Class-D Amplifiers
The DBR Series is powered by Yamaha’s lightweight, high-performance Class-D amplifier, capable of delivering up to 1000 watts of power (700W for the DBR10). With a maximum SPL of 132dB, each speaker delivers remarkable clarity, punch, and dynamic range — even at high output levels.
Custom-Designed Transducers
Each DBR loudspeaker features Yamaha’s precision-engineered transducers, designed for powerful, accurate sound reproduction.

Built-In 2-Channel Mixer
Each DBR model includes an onboard 2-channel mixer for quick, flexible sound management:

CH1: Combo jack (XLR/TRS) accepts Mic or Line-level input.

CH2: Combo jack (XLR/TRS) and RCA input for stereo devices such as mixers, instruments, or media players.
You can easily select CH1+2 MIX to blend both inputs, or CH1 THRU to send Channel 1’s signal directly to another speaker or system.
Smart Enclosure for Floor Monitoring
With an optimized 50° wedge angle, the DBR can double as a floor monitor. The DBR12 and DBR15 feature a symmetrical cabinet design, allowing for mirror-mode configurations and stereo monitoring setups — perfect for stage use and foldback applications.
Rigging Points for Installations
For permanent or suspended installations, all DBR models are equipped with M8 rigging points, compatible with optional Yamaha brackets or standard eye-bolts (sold separately). This makes the DBR equally suited for portable PA use or fixed installations.
